Yvonne Claire Umayam graduated from Northern Virginia Community College with an A.A.S degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. To further her career, she pursued her undergraduate degree at George Mason University, where she earned her B.S in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources, Kinesiology Concentration. She has had prior hands on in a variety of clinical settings including fitness centers, outpatient orthopedic, SNF, and, Total Joint Replacement hospital and in-patient rehab which have added to her knowledge base in treating various conditions and diagnoses. Yvonne is dedicated in providing quality of care that utilizes evidence-based manual techniques and modalities to restore optimum mobility and functional independence of her patients. Yvonne loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys dancing, fitness, hiking, camping, and wants to travel the world.
