Shayna was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018 with a B.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Exercise Science. In 2022, she obtained her license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant and graduated from ECPI Medical Careers Institute with her A.S. in Physical Therapist Assisting. Shayna is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and has continued her education with CEU’s for kinesiotaping. Shayna enjoys treating patients of all ages and is interested in continuing to gain more experience and expanding her knowledge of physical therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys watching new shows, singing karaoke, going to the beach, and spending quality time with family and friends.
