Christopher Tucker is a certified fitness professional, lifelong athlete and licensed PTA. Chris attended Virginia State University and received his bachelors degree in health science before attending PTA school. Chris has an extreme love for sports/exercise and has sustained many injuries himself throughout the years. Those injuries were what drove him into the field of physical therapy and the love for healing the human body through movement. He is also the founder of EvoFittRVA, a fitness business dedicated to assisting individuals in reaching their goals through functional, therapeutic and optimal exercise. Injury prevention, post physical therapy, personal/group training, and athletic performance are the main areas of focus. Chris is excited to continue building on his skills as a therapist while using his experience to assist in healing and educating the community through functional methodical movement.
