Nate is an awesome DPT! Not only is he an alumni of the wonderful Old Dominion University, he truly takes his time with each of his patients and has great bedside manner. Each of the PTAs that I worked with during my time at Alliance were very professional and unique. All Alliance staff were very knowledgeable, energetic, and make therapy a fun experience. Although my time at Alliance is (finally) over. I truly miss my treatment team. I am very thankful for their patience and professionalism. Thank you Nate, Ceasia, Nicole, Ashley, and the rest of the crew. You guys are amazing! Hopefully I don’t see you soon :)

My experience with the entire staff at the Midlothian location was amazing! There are so many stories that I would love to share and just express gratitude for the great customer service that I received. I'll start with the very patient, friendly and professional Ms.Ashley. She always greeted me upon arrival. She always respectfully addressed me as Ms. Battle as every staff member did. Ms. Siasha, I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was also super friendly and conversational. She made every exercise look so easy, no matter what it was. She was always in a cheerful mood.She always seemed to have something to smile about.I admire both her and Ashley for their professionalism and maturity for such young adults.I really enjoyed working with them both. I also had the pleasure of working with Rebecca and another male therapist briefly. I apologize for not remembering his name. But he was also great to work with. He was concerned for me and offered to have a friend possibly help out with repairing my vehicle. In which I really appreciated it. They were also great to work and conversate with.
Nate and Nicole were exceptionally awesome! They both were especially great with their hands.They have a skill for healing. I think the hand massage was the best part of my visit. After completing a full work out with each of them, I really looked forward to those massages. It's like I walked in with the weight of an elephant on my back and after the hand massage I felt like I was relaxing in a massage parlor. My entire body was so relaxed. At the beginning of therapy, I was in absolutely horrible pain. As I continued therapy, I began to feel better. I would like to thank this team of great individuals at this location. I'm glad I've reached my goal of recovery. Thanks to each of them, I'm able to work without any pain. I also plan to return to the gym. I'm going to miss the convetsations and funny stories they all shared. They made my visits to therapy feel like we were all there just working out together. This staff really have a great rapport with their clients. I GIVE THIS TEAM FIVE STARS!!!!!

It had Truly Been a Great Experience @ Alliance Physical Therapy, The Dr. and all those from the Front Desk Customer Service, to each physical Therapist ARE AWESOME, Very Polite, Professional, and all go that extra mile to make you feel confident, and assured my safety on each equipment/I experienced excellent care, and guidance provided through for all my routine health needs. I would not have been given such one on one hands on treatment at other health care facilities. AWESOME Alliance Physical Therapy - Colonial Heights, VA!!!! I was in a car accident and was banged up pretty bad with neck, back, knee and hands. The staff at AWESOME Alliance in Colonial Heights is simply the BEST! The entire crew was both kind and considerate. The therapists and assistants were compassionate, caring, supportive and encouraging during this difficult time for me. When I got frustrated and wanted to just give up the therapists stayed in there with me and helped me get through.

This was my first time going to PT. I found this one on the internet and was a little unsure of what I would encounter when I got there. At my first appointment, I was truly impressed with the PT who took so much time to listen to my complaints. Frank was wonderful and showed a very caring attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable each time I had a treatment. The receptionist was also very friendly and helped me with insurance questions. She also worked diligently to make the appointments fit my schedule. They went above and beyond to make sure my treatments were helping me. I highly recommend this facility if any one needs therapy for what ever reason.
