Rehab Programs

Physical Therapy

Our Lower Back Program follows a standardized, functional, and outcomes-focused approach, specifically targeting the lower back. Through active and educational treatments, our therapists help patients return to daily activities as soon as possible. By educating patients about lower back anatomy, conditions, and care, we empower them to participate actively in their recovery and prevent future injuries.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

We assist individuals with a range of orthopedic issues, including soft tissue injuries, post-surgical cases including fractures, total hip/knee replacements, tendon or ligament repairs, and other orthopedic surgeries. We focus on helping patients regain strength, mobility, and endurance to resume their regular routines as soon as possible.

Neurological Rehabilitation

Our multi-disciplinary approach to neurological rehabilitation includes neuromuscular re-education, coordination training, vestibular therapy, desensitization, and muscle and sensory re-education. Our skilled professionals tailor each treatment program to meet the specific needs of neurological patients.

Hand Therapy / Certified Hand Therapists

Our highly skilled hand therapists treat hand and upper extremity conditions, both acute and chronic. Under the direction of the referring physician, treatments are tailored to the diagnosis and patient's specific needs. We address conditions such as arthritis, fractures, tendon injuries, and more. Our services include wound and scar management, edema control, pain management, range of motion exercises, work hardening, strengthening, splint fabrication, and dexterity training.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

Our program assists those with dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and other inner ear disorders. This non-invasive, drug-free option for combating dizziness and balance difficulties involves a clinician creating a personalized treatment plan with exercises to improve posture, gait, and balance. A home exercise program may be developed to match the patient’s tolerance and condition. Approximately 90% of patients experience improvement.

Women's Health Programs

We focus on holistic care, addressing both physical and emotional needs. Our program caters to women’s health issues such as lymphedema, incontinence, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. Treatment plans are personalized to meet each individual's unique needs and circumstances.

Industrial Rehabilitation

This structured program helps individuals identify work capacities, regain functional skills, and return to work post-injury. Our centers offer Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and Work Hardening/Work Conditioning.

Functional Capacity Evaluations

This three to five-hour evaluation assesses a person’s ability to safely function in their work environment. It evaluates strength, flexibility, and capacity to perform tasks like lifting, carrying, kneeling, and squatting which helps develop a treatment plan for a safe return to work.

Work Hardening Program

Our targeted program uses a multi-dimensional approach to support injured workers in safely returning to work. It includes building physical tolerance, regaining flexibility, mobility, and strength, and learning safer work techniques.
